Development of an effective peer observation scheme with associated procedures and pro-formas for specific use by off-campus hourly paid part-time CE/Adult Education tutors. Development of a scheme applicable within/across all 3 institutions with the aim of standardising the peer observation process for part-time tutors within each institution (subject to institutional limitations) and developing a set of guidelines for good practice.
