7. Staff Development
As a result of the process of observing teaching and producing the Departmental Action Plan, clear staff development targets should be set in consultation with the Head of the Department or School and any educational development unit.
It is essential to identify who will undertake, or assist in, the delivery or the facilitation of the staff development.
