Henriette HarnishDr Henriette Harnisch has been working in the area of cross-sectoral partnerships for nearly 10 years. During that time, she developed, and evaluated a range of activities all designed to increase student participation and success. Her particular interest lies in investigating how models of early engagement with HE study can lead to higher success rates for students in progressing to Higher Education. Linking this aim of progression with effective transition strategies, she has been playing a lead role in key developments such as University Technical Colleges and innovation in Higher Education delivery at pre-entry.
