Sarah Davies is Senior Lecturer in Design and Technology Education at Nottingham Trent University (NTU). She teaches on both undergraduate and postgraduate initial teacher education (ITE) programmes based within the School of Education. Sarah is Programme Leader for PGCE Secondary Education and has worked at NTU since 2007, after ten years in secondary education as an advanced skills teacher (AST).
Alison Hardy is Programme Leader for the undergraduate teacher training course for Secondary Design and Technology Education at Nottingham Trent University, and lectures on the Professional/Postgraduate Education Programme (PGCE). Alison has taught Design and Technology in schools in the East Midlands and South West. Between 2004 & 2009 she worked in the FE sector as a director of 14-19 curriculum developments.
