Description	ICEP Europe (ICEPE) is the renowned and trusted source for delivering high quality online Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and University validated Diploma Programmes in Special Educational Needs. The Academic Department, made up of expert and dedicated tutors, is led by Dr Eileen Winter, an experienced educator and researcher. The department is committed to excellence at all levels of education and to maximising the potential of all students. ICEPE’s excellent team of tutors combined with the innovative, accessible, and user friendly, online learning environment allows for the delivery of quality programmes that make a difference. Our online learning environment allows participants to study at their own pace and according to their own busy schedules. ICEPE’s courses are designed to meet the needs of all educators, including administrators, mainstream and special teachers, learning support and resource teachers, SENCOs, and allied professionals working in the field of special needs.
